Just select "I would like to pick my order up from the Orange Park, FL warehouse" in your cart before checking out, and we will call you to schedule an appointment once your order is ready. Pickup is available by appointment only, and is not available on weekends or holidays.
Shipping cost for all orders is based on the weight of your order,
and the distance (from Florida) that the order is being sent (the
maximum shipping charge is $16.44). The amount is displayed in the
shopping cart once you select the state that your order will be
shipped to. All orders must be shipped via ground service –
expedited delivery is not available at this time. Also, while there is no minimum order, there is a $3.75 small order fee on orders under $25.
We use FedEx Ground for most of our shipments.
Please allow 2-6
business days for delivery.
Orders that include visco fuse will be sent via USPS Domestic Ground service.
You will receive an email with tracking information for
your order once it has shipped.
PLEASE NOTE: All shipments require an adult signature at delivery, NO EXCEPTIONS. If an adult is not available at a home delivery address during business hours, please have your order delivered to your work address.
